Return Policy
General Returns
At Mil-Bar, we strive to provide quality products and service. Please review our return policy below:
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns must be authorized in advance. Please call for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning any items.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- The buyer is responsible for all freight costs for returns and exchanges.

Custom, Clothing, and Special Order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled, including but not limited to:
- Shoulder Cords
- Military Dress Caps
- Swords
- Rifles
- Custom Flag Orders
Clothing Return Policy
To prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers, we have established the following policy for clothing items:

Return Timeframe:
Clothing returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt date. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period. -
Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. -
Hygiene Considerations:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clothing items that have been worn or if the packaging has been opened or damaged. -
Refunds and Exchanges:
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. For defective items or shipping errors, we will provide an exchange or a full refund. -
Exceptions:
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Policy
- Orders require 3–5 business days to process (typically 1–2 days).
- Orders placed from Friday 3 PM – Sunday 12 AM will begin processing the following Monday.
- Custom and personalized items may require an additional 7–10 business days for processing.
- If your order is needed by a specific date, please note it on your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but delivery by a certain date is not guaranteed.
Please note: Expedited shipping methods still require standard processing times.
Backorders
Occasionally, unexpected demand or production delays may cause items to be temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, which may extend beyond standard processing times.
Collection Fee
- All past-due invoices are subject to a 3% collection fee.
- Approved Purchase Orders are NET 30 (payment due within 30 days of order completion).
- All other orders are NET 0 (payment due at the time of order placement).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@mil-bar.com. Returns must be authorized before sending any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
